We know one thing for sure: we produce an honest cow’s milk “telemea,” salted in Orșova brine, just like the “Telemeaua de Ibănești DOP,” and we offer it to you fresh or matured.
From there, you decide for yourself whether it’s good or not.
Place 200 grams beneath a spoonful of “mămăligă,” add a knob of butter and a sausage from the jar, and then bake the whole thing in the oven for about 5 minutes. What do you think? We believe it’s worth a try.
