Description
The exact origins of cream in world gastronomy are difficult to pinpoint, as the traditional process for making cream is relatively simple: our ancestors collected the fat that rose to the surface of milk to create cream. However, significant changes occurred around 1878 when Gustav De Laval invented the continuous centrifugal cream separator, a machine that revolutionized the production of cream and introduced it into the diets of many people.
It is often said that a spoonful of good cream and a slice of freshly baked bread will make you forget all your worries. “Smântâna de Ibănești” – a mountain product, is exclusively made from the milk of cows grazing in the mountainous areas of the Gurghiu Valley and the Mureș Valley. It is packaged in plastic containers weighing 500 grams.
