Description
The proud farmer Mitruț grazes his cattle in the pastures for as long as the summer lasts. You can find him “all day long”, as we say, in the pastures, sitting under a walnut tree with a book in his hand. He is the son of a priest; he studied engineering in the city, but he still tends to his father’s cows. He believes that cows produce good milk when you communicate with them, when you explain things to them. He knows his mind.
From the fine milk produced by Mitruț’s cows, we craft Mitruț cheese. We allow it ample time to develop the perfect taste, to mature. Then, with a little patience and a lot of care, when you taste it, this cheese prompts the question: “Where on earth have you been?”. When you savor it, Mitruț cheese simply transports you to another dimension of flavor.
We invite you to discover and fall in love with it. You can find it vacuum-packed, rectangularly cut in 250-gram portions and triangularly cut in 350-gram portions.
