Description
Just like with melted cheese with sour cream, we are equally meticulous when it comes to cutting it. However, we let it sit in the bowl longer, making it harder and thus easier to cut. Give it a try in a sandwich or, better yet, layer a few slices on some boiled potatoes and bake the whole concoction in the oven for 4-5 minutes. It’s reminiscent of potatoes au gratin, but with a Ibănești twist.
