<p>"Cașcaval de Ibănești" is cheesy, boasts a unique flavor (largely due to the Orșova brine taste, but primarily from the milk it's made of), and an amazing texture that is convincing from the first bite. We've opted to create a cheese with a rare complexity of flavors that combines the freshness of mountain water, the subtle aromas of herbs growing freely in the meadows, and the delicate scent of fresh milk. You can do anything with it: Put it on a slice of fresh bread, spread it generously with our regular butter, and bake it in the oven for no more than 2 minutes, or, why not, grate it over a slice of pizza. It will win you over regardless of how you consume it.</p>
